Assistant Professor, University of Texas Medical School at Houston. Dr.
Weidman is a 1971 graduate of the University of Manitoba Faculty of
Medicine.
He was a postdoctoral Research Fellow of the Medical Research Council
of
Canada in the Division of Endocrinology, Department of Medicine,
University
of California, San Diego from 1973 to 1976. Dr. Weidman completed a
fellowship
in Endocrinology in Foothills Hospital in Calgary, Canada and, from
1979
to 1980, he was an Instructor in Endocrinology and Metabolism at the
University
of Texas Medical School at Houston. From 1980 to 1987, Dr. Weidman was
affiliated with the MacGregor Medical Association, Department of
Internal
Medicine. He is a member of The Endocrine Society, American Association
of Clinical Endocrinologists, American Thyroid Association, American
Institute for Ultrasound in Medicine and Fellow of the American College
of Endocrinology. He is an author
or co-author of several publications, reviews and abstracts in the
fields
of Reproductive Medicine and Endocrinology.
